The Endangered Bodies International Campaign is a groundswell movement that is wreaking havoc on the status quo around the globe. Women are fed up with the sea of visual images that do not reflect and represent the diversity of our bodies.  Their mission is to take a stand against the toxic culture that teaches women and girls to hate their bodies. The love your body sticker campaign is the first public initiative of Endangered Bodies NY. Thousands of stickers have been distributed throughout NYC and have been seen in Germany, Australia and on Lady Gaga's website as part of #Abodyrevolution. Thanks to the Endangered Bodies group for providing free stickers that were included in the original HAES Kits -- they are all gone now!

Judith Matz and Ellen Frankel are the authors of The Diet Survivor's Handbook. If you are tired of being caught in the diet/binge cycle, this compassionate book will reaffirm that you haven’t failed diets; diets have failed you.  This easy-to-read guide gives you a step-by-step approach to effectively end overeating and to become an attuned eater, making peace with food. Each of the 60 lessons teaches how to experience a positive, satisfying relationship with food, your body, and ultimately yourself.  Lessons include an activity to practice or integrate the concept, and a quote that is either humorous or inspirational for diet survivors to let go of shame and begin the healing process. Thanks to Judith Matz for providing bookmarks that were included in the original HAES Kits -- they are all gone now!

Ragen Chastain has published two books, including Fat: The Owner's Manual, and is a three time National Dance Championship winner. In 2011 she left a career as a consultant and turnaround CEO to do Size Diversity Activism full time to help me reach my goal to make sure as many people as possible know about the Health at Every Size and Size Acceptance options. Her greatest accomplishment has been learning to love herself and her body, and to be truly happy living completely outside the cultural beauty norm.  As a plus-sized professional athlete, she practices Health at Every Size and as a human being she is an an unwavering advocate for Size Acceptance – the civil rights truth that every body deserves respect and that the rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness are inalienable, not contingent on size, health, or dis/ability. Thanks to Ragen for allowing images of herself to be featured on cards included in the HAES Kits!
